Introduction
NuMOP 3110* is a silicone elastomer designed to prevent corrosion in pre-stressing tendons, the decks of engineering structures, stay cables and ground anchors.

- Cross-links via condensation polymerisation at ambient temperature
- Constant injection and polymerisation performance even in presence of water or oil
- Maximum filling capacity due to its liquid characteristics
- Resistance to saline mist: 750 hours without corrosion
- Adherence to steel strands: 0.2 N/mm²
- Pressure resistant up to 0.3 bar
Operational Information
o Pneumatic pump (for large volumes)
o Manual or pneumatic caulking gun (for filling small volumes)
o Manually, through the use of gravity (for easily accessed volumes)
- Setting time: One to eight hours
- Complete cross-linking: Twenty-four hours
- End product density (polymerised): approx. 1.2
