SILTRANS SLEEVE PMC 5-PLY

Description: The SILTRANS sleeve ensures the leaktightness of the fuel transfer tube, with a 60 mm radial and axial displacement allowance. Transfer tubes are designed for the transport of fuel assemblies from Reactor Building to Fuel Building on French PWR 900 MW units.

The sleeve is designed to replace the existing sleeve without removal of the transfer tube.

Characteristics:
Sleeve allowing a 60 mm displacement of the transfer tube while ensuring its full leaktightness and strength.
Radiation resistance (NFT 30 903).
Relative pressure 1,4 bar.
Burst pressure at 3,2 bars.
Factory-made, then installed on site by cold junction.
