NuMINE 6410 F Plate

Introduction
The NuMINE 6410 F* Plates are designed for the construction of chambers, partition screens, doors, and fire stop access hatches.

NuPLUG 3110 F Elastomer

Introduction
 The NuPLUG 3110 F* is a decontaminable elastomer that acts as both a fire break and a sealant. It is used to caulk electrical and mechanical penetration assemblies as well as to bridge cracks in concrete.

Product Data
- Bi-component silicone elastomer
- Can be used by itself, for full-coverage caulking or as a sealant on mortar caulking
- Resistant to aggressive waters and liquids
- Acts as a fire break for up to two hours (EI 120) on both concrete slabs and walls (tested according to the French 2004 decree and the EN 1366-3 standard) for a thickness of 150 mm
- Self-levelling, it adapts to the shape it is applied into
- Product used for caulking penetration assemblies with a saturation level of 60%
- Waterproof and decontaminable
- Waterproof up to 0.7 bar for a full-coverage caulking
- Pressure and counter-pressure resistant up to 1.4 bar on mortar caulking such as NuPLUG 1110 F (MSC.55)

Operational Information
- To be used on clean, dry and degreased surfaces
- Choice of three application methods:
o Pneumatic pump: for large volumes
o Manual or pneumatic caulking gun: for filling small volumes
o Manually, through the use of gravity: For easily accessed volumes

- Density: Approx. 1.3
- Setting time: Approx. 2 hours
- Complete cross-linking: 24 hours
